LINDA PATTERSON
Linda Patterson, B.A. founder and director of Herbs and Aromatics has over thirty years of experience working with herbs and essential oils..
Her love for plants inspired her to complete an education in the sciences at Smith College to better understand plants, their functions, and the challenges they now face in their ever-changing environments. This love has led her to become a Master Gardener, attain a minor in Landscape Studies, and to study the many healing modalities of plants.
Linda was classically trained by Rosemary Gladstar, Gail Ulrich, Madelon Hope, Tommy Priester, and Jade Shutes. Completing multiple apprenticeships, levels, and certifications.
She is the director for The Boston School of Herbal Studies, and teaches classes and apprenticeships for the school on an organic pick-your-own herb farm in Carlisle. Linda teaches internationally, online, and throughout the New England area. Her Dynamic style of teaching encompasses a wide variety of healing modalities, which embrace a holistic approach to health and well-being.
Linda and her family live in Western Massachusetts. When not teaching she enjoys gardening, making soap, and practicing martial arts with her daughters.
